In the moment that you accept feeling any emotional pain it begins to slowly fade unless you resist again. Fear of feeling fearful, angry at being angered, unhappy about unhappiness, are all layers of negative. If you don’t mind feeling sorrow, sorrow fades and loosens it’s grip, when you accept feeling unhappy, unhappiness will slowly slip away and so will fear if you allow it just to be, aware that 'these are feelings, and feelings are not me.'

We top load our lives with tools and tricks to make our branches bloom but the fixes are all temporary and the fruit falls all too soon. We're all for fruit and plentiful success but the sweetest and most ripe grow from branches of the trunk whose roots are given time. Time each day in silence just to feel your grounded self, your inner voice, the stillness, the birth spring of your health.
