The warm feeling of relief from stress and strain can come from something good for you done again and again. It’s the repetition that brings comfort not what you’re repeating, so find comfort in a habit that also helps the life your leading.

Self criticism leads to feeling low and blocks our higher selves, our inspiration and energy towards harmony, success and health. Beating our selves up creates tension and a sense of lack and before we know it we’re grabbing at life trying to claw our best selves back. Shake it off, right now, feel love surging in your veins, you are all you’ll ever need, so go gentle on the reins. Give yourself a break, put the stick down for a while, go easy on self criticism, let it go and smile.

Fear is always worse than what is actually happening, accept that you’ve handled every situation that you feared in life before. It won’t give up or learn to fade but we can learn it’s truth, that it’s trying to stop reality that will not frighten you.
