As children our bodies learn and memorise ways to feel and cope, and, as adults, our bodies repeat these mechanisms impacting how we behave and talk. But you can learn to feel fears symptoms, wake up, interrupt it with grounding, then repeat a phrase saying you’re alright; retrain the physical symptoms of fear then crack on, empowered and bright.
