Divert your thoughts from the downward drag of what someone's done to you, and walk forward onto the upward spiral of all that you CAN do. You CAN move on, you CAN let go, you CAN be free today! You CAN stop the rot of bitterness that slowly eats you away. You CAN and WILL be free of angry hate if you WANT to; see it as the poison that is only harming you.
