Esteem is built from estimable actions so try this if needing a boost, start tomorrow morning by doing one thing that’s good for you. One thing that pushes you and doesn’t feel great at the time but that you know is going to make you feel fantastic further down the line. We can learn new ways of being by simply choosing something new, watch yourself doing something that is really good for you!
